Acceptance and service
These terms describe use of MemesDock. By using the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. MemesDock provides cryptocurrency discovery, listings and educational information. MemesDock is not an investment platform. We do not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not sell any financial product or service, and we do not sell any crypto product or service. We do not issue or sell listed coins, hold your cryptocurrency, act as a wallet or exchange, or execute trades.
Listings and information
Listings describe independent third-party projects. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. A verification badge reflects publication on MemesDock and is not a guarantee of legitimacy, security, performance or regulatory compliance. Content is general information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. There is no promise of returns or profits.
How Buy Now and Buy Presale work
When you tap Buy Now, you are taken to pump.fun, where you can buy the coin under pump.fun’s terms and policies. When you tap Buy Presale, you are taken to the coin’s official presale page, where you can buy the presale under that project’s terms. Any purchase is a transaction between you and that platform or project, subject to its terms, fees, privacy practices, rules and risks. MemesDock does not execute purchases on those platforms and does not control their operation.
Cookies and advertising
On your first visit, a cookie and preferences banner lets you choose which optional cookies to allow. Essential storage is always on and keeps the site working. Crypto assets can lose all value. Volatility, illiquidity, fraud, contract defects and project failure can cause losses. Research independently, verify token addresses and networks, assess your circumstances, and seek qualified advice where appropriate. You are responsible for your own decisions and for protecting any credentials and private support link.
Prohibited misuse
Do not attack, overload or disrupt the site, bypass access controls, impersonate others, submit abusive or unlawful content, or attempt to access other users’ tickets or private administration. Do not submit passwords, private keys or recovery phrases.
Intellectual property
Respect applicable rights in the site’s branding, software and content. Third-party names, images and project materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized reuse.
